Easy Hash Brown Casserole
(Cheesy Potatoes)


2 (10 3/4 oz) cans cream of potato soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (2 lb) package frozen hash browns
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese - divided
1/4 cup finely chopped onion 


Combine soup, sour cream, garlic powder and salt.  Add potatoes, onion and 1 cup of cheese; mix well.  Pour into greased 9"x13" baking dish.  Top with remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered for 45-55 minutes at 350 degrees.

*I usually add more cheese.

I made this tonight along with your meatballs. it was a big hit! :) tucker quickly cleaned it up and said "more!"
