so very, very sad.
Wednesday evening when I was picked Isabelle and Jackson up from the *most wonderful sitter in the world* Miss Mary Jane told me due to health issues, she would not be able to watch my children anymore.
Much sobbing, and several blubbering phone calls to my support staff. I love you guys.
It's 30 hours later, and I have no idea what I'm going to do. I'm still so very sad. *tear*

When Kyle and I went through this we put an ad in the local paper (yep...the OHJ). Best move ever. After 25 interviews, we hired a newly married 19 year old (sound familiar?). Heidi loves our kids, and has been a God-send. Best part? No more hauling kids to daycare!!
Really, it was kind of a scary chance to take at first, but two years later... WORTH IT!!
