We started the morning with awards in the Church:
And finished the day by walking with their class for an ice cream treat!
As much as I love the school schedule with it's regular bedtime, and structured routine through the day, I am so ready for our much more relaxed summer schedule when spring rolls around. On beautiful evenings like we had tonight, it is so nice to be able to sit around the fire with friends roasting marshmallows and hot dogs, with out stressing about bedtime, baths and cranky mornings!
With my first firefly sighting tonight, summer has truly arrived!
