First use? My very own "Baked Goulash"
1 pound browned sausage
1 box cooked (el dente) whole wheat pasta
1 green pepper diced
2 cans diced garlic & onion tomatoes
1 jar red pasta sauce
Parmesan cheese
mozzarella cheese
Mix together
Sprinkle more cheese on top half way through baking time
bake at 350 until warm & bubbly, about 30 minutes
Second use? Bean-less chili.
